Quality

Pasteurization is a process in which pathogenic bacteria (pathogens) disappears using appropriate amount of heat. Pasteurization can spoil pathogenic agents such as salmonella, coli form, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, yeast, mold and other pathogenic viruses, including Newcastle and Influenza and other poultry diseases.

Our entire supply chain, starting from the farms right through to delivery we operate a quality assurance program based on an established HACCP system. We also supply every request with a data sheet on which the results of microbiological, chemical and physical tests are reported.

Finally, the shelf life of our fresh products is 7-10 days (refrigerated) and up to 12 months (frozen).
